The Ugo Bordoni Foundation, for the safeguard of its image, its position and the work of its employees holds as necessary and important, the implementation of an Organizational and Managerial Model.

Such initiative has led to the issuing of a Code of Ethics. The Code embraces a valuable collection of principles and guidelines of conduct for the fulfilment of the Foundation activities. It regulates the normal functioning of the structure, the trustworthiness of the management and the image of FUB itself.

All personnel, partners and co-workers, at all levels, are required to act and behave in observance of the Code.

The Ugo Bordoni Foundation operates in compliance with principles of freedom, dignity of the human being and respect for diversity. It disowns any discrimination based on sex, races, languages, personal and social conditions, political and religious beliefs.

The Code of Ethics is therefore intended to define with accuracy the values that FUB agrees to, believes and shares.
