The project “Planning of Transition in technical Areas” aims to define the procedures for the transition, experience in "a simulation" potential and weaknesses and develop tools and information to support the activities of the Task Force of all digital areas.
The strategic objectives of the project will be:

• Definition of the Master Plan of the transition. That is the definition of the processing time of each individual transmitter (put all the variables techniques and authorization), the processing time of distribution networks and contemporary adaptations of the receiving user (receiver and antenna).
• Development of Project Management tools for the efficient management of the Master Plan for the identification of critical activities, the definition of milestones and the vetting (by simulation models) of the interference in each other.
• Defining the optimal sequence of transformations that minimizes inconvenience to users and costs for operators and respects the constraints on supply of equipment, timing of permits, the availability of personnel to network
• Analysis of alternatives and costs for distribution networks
• Analysis of the problems of reception. Orientation of the antennas, filters, numbering. Study the possibility of changing the number of programs for each individual plant also in SFN networks.
