The definitive digital switch over of all the transmissions will be articulated according to the following calendar: from the 25th of October to the 26th of November the switch off in Piemonte orientale, Lombardia and province di Parma and Piacenza; from the 27th of November to the 2nd of December in Emilia Romagna and from the 30th of November to the 10th of December in Veneto, including province di Mantova and Pordenone; finally from the 3rd to the 15th of December in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The operation for the transition to digital in 2010 will involve 23 million inhabitants and will provide all digital Tv to 70% of the Italian population.
