In 2025, he assumed the role of Head of the Cloud and Data Area at Fondazione Ugo Bordoni.
From 2020, he worked at the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, contributing to the definition and development of Italy’s Cloud Strategy and the cloud enablement program for public administrations.
He managed all phases of the National Strategic Hub infrastructure project, from design to implementation, focusing particularly on digital sovereignty, security, and data control. He served as the technical referent for the PNRR Mission 1 Component 1 Digital Infrastructures and Cybersecurity measures, managing the monitoring of administrations’ migrations to the National Strategic Hub and cybersecurity enhancement interventions aimed at improving the security posture of public institutions.
During his tenure at the Department for Digital Transformation, he participated in defining security requirements for the qualification of Cloud services used by the Public Administration in collaboration with the National Cybersecurity Agency. He represented the Department in European Commission working groups on digital sovereignty, Cloud, and data.
He obtained a Master’s degree in Management Engineering in 2007 and subsequently gained 9 years of experience at multinational strategic consulting firms and 4 years at the Agency for Digital Italy, supporting the digital transformation of public administrations.
