She received a Master’s degree (cum laude) in Telecommunications Engineering and a PhD in “System Engineering, Telecommunications, and HW/SW Platforms” from the University of L’Aquila. She gained her first professional experience as an ICT consultant at the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), where she supported national initiatives for digital innovation, working on the design and enhancement of ICT infrastructures and digital identity services. She then worked for a leading company in the Trust Services sector, where she further specialized in regulatory compliance under the eIDAS framework. Since 2024, she has been a researcher at Fondazione Ugo Bordoni (FUB), focusing on Integrated Terrestrial and Non–Terrestrial Networks. Her research interests include low- latency communication systems supporting emergency and post-emergency scenarios as well as 5G&beyond network infrastructures, from both technical and regulatory perspectives.
