Communication

The Communication Unit is responsible for FUB’s external communication. Its tasks include managing the press office, coordinating institutional identity, and organizing events. Combining expertise in content strategy, graphic design, and web design, it develops strategic communication plans, manages the official website and the institution’s social media profiles, and designs digital services for Public Administration.

Head of Unit: Alessio Zagaglia (acting)

The Communication Unit of the Ugo Bordoni Foundation plays a strategic role in promoting the institutional identity and enhancing the activities of the Foundation. With an integrated approach, it manages institutional communication and press office activities, external relations, and the drafting of news and press releases. The Unit also organizes events – such as conferences, workshops, and institutional meetings – ensuring clear and effective communication of initiatives.

In addition, it manages the Foundation’s official website and social media profiles (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube), focusing on targeted content creation and multichannel digital strategies.

The responsibilities also include the conceptualization and implementation of the visual and brand identity, the preparation of institutional documents, and the management of all graphic design and layout.

Furthermore, it designs user interfaces and internal/external digital systems for Public Administration and Institutions. All projects are in line with regulatory and accessibility standards, applying expertise in User Experience (UX), web usability, prototyping, and mockup design.

The Communication Unit also supports the Customer Service function of the Digital Transformation and IT Services Unit, producing user support materials (FAQs, knowledge bases, guides, and manuals) and training staff assigned to Foundation-managed contact centers.
