Researcher in the Cloud & Data Area at Fondazione Ugo Bordoni. Her research focuses on the legal aspects of digital transformation, with particular emphasis on data regulation, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and the governance of emerging technologies. She is a PhD candidate in Industrial, Information and Economics Engineering at the University of L’Aquila and collaborates with LUISS Guido Carli as a Teaching Assistant in the courses Administrative Law, EU Law and Regulation, Regulation by Independent Agencies, Space Law and Geopolitics, and Strategic Negotiation & Human Interaction.

 

She has been a Visiting Scholar at the OECD in Paris and completed a study period abroad at IE University in Madrid. She qualified as a lawyer after completing her legal traineeship in the Public Law, Regulatory & Authorities Department at Chiomenti Law Firm. She graduated summa cum laude in Law from LUISS Guido Carli, where her thesis, awarded a special distinction, examined the implementation of the Next Generation EU programme and the role of the digital transformation of public administrations.
