He received the Master Degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2006 and the PhD in Telecommunication and Microelectronic Engineering in 2013 at University of Rome Tor Vergata. In 2015 he received the certification as Privacy Officer (TÜV Italia Certificate n. 183).
He has been working for FUB since 2006. He’s been member of Research Directorate staff until 2018.
He deals with ICT policy and digital services, his background is relevant to data protection, copyright protection, and trademarks, patents, and industrial design rights protection.
He has been coordinator of Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni since 2010.
He was Project Manager of DDA Online, implementing the platform to manage AGCOM’s Regulation on copyright, and Paladin, regarding the fight against online piracy.
Since 2016 he’s been coordinator of the projects entrusted to FUB by UIBM regarding anti-counterfeiting.
He represented FUB in RES4Med and FAPAV.
