Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with a thesis in FUB entitled “Feasibility study for IP-HDTV services applied to an integrated multi-vendor network”.
He continued his career within FUB in different ICT projects in collaboration with the MiSE, including HelpInterferenze, a citizen service for the resolution of problems related to LTE interference on DVB-T systems. He was involved in: planning and developing the monitoring system for AGCOM “Internet Quality of Service on fixed line” project (Resolution n.244/08/CSP), publishing QoS data measurement informations for the mobile network (Resolution n.580/15/CONS), managing activities provided by Resolution n.209/16/CONS.
He collaborates with international research institutions such as the Joint Research Center and RSE (Research on Energy System). He is the author of several research papers in national and international conferences, and same works in specialized magazines.
