Graduated in 2010 in Telecommunications Engineering at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, the same year he started working for FUB, participating in the TV++ project which involved FUB and ISCOM-Communications Department In collaboration with the NRA.
He participates in the Internet Measurement project dealing with the national measurement system for the comparative statistical values and the measurement probes management; also collaborated to the portal for the publication of the measurement campaign data on the quality of mobile networks for the project Measurement Mobile Internet. On behalf of FUB he has worked at the AGID in the census of the CED Digital Public Administration, in the writing of the guidelines and the three-year plan for upgrading the digital infrastructure of the PA.
He is also engaged in other projects with research organizations such as RSE (Research on Energy System) and Energetic Player such as ENEL.
