Administrative Directorate

She has been a Director of the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni since 2011 and was confirmed as Head of the Administrative Department.

From 2007 to 2010, as Administrative Director, she coordinated the administrative offices of both accounting management and personnel management, together with the General Manager and the Director of Research, collaborating in the strategic management, aligning all the procedures and ensuring the fulfilment of the new judicial obligations of the FUB, a private body governed by public law.

From 2001 to 2006, she was an officer in the Administrative Department, supporting the Administrative Manager in the management of Personnel and Administration and relations with the Board of Auditors. She collaborated with the RUP (Responsible for the Procedure) of the Fondazione in conducting public tenders for the supply of the national network’s monitoring systems of electromagnetic radiofrequency fields. She assisted the Director of Research in the economic planning of research activities and controlled the budgets of individual projects. She managed external contracts, the institution’s active and passive invoicing, the analysis and drafting of budgets and final balances. She coordinated the obligations on remuneration and contributions in the management of internal human resources and contracts with external personnel.

In 2000, she supported the Administrative Manager in conducting all the procedures for the establishment of the new Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, as well as winding up the previous institution, through to the final conclusion of the liquidation phase.

From 1992 to 1999, she was assistant to the Personnel Manager of the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, dealing with the management of contracts with self-employed workers and the consequent fiscal and accounting obligations, the management of staff salaries through INAZ software for payroll and attendance, the management of reports on research projects funded by European programmes and contracts with external national and international organizations.

She has been employed by the FUB since 1986 in the Purchasing and General Services Office. She was born in 1962 in Rome, where she obtained the Scientific High School Diploma. She attended the Faculty of Psychology at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome and took its examination. She has participated in several training and specialization courses at LUMSA (Faculty of Administration Sciences), as well as training courses in subjects related to administrative and personnel management, including “Management & Management” by Dr Nevio Bianchi; “INAZ paghe e presenze” software management at Zucchetti srl.; “Management of European projects” at APRE and EUC Group a.s.b.l. She has excellent knowledge of accounting and payroll, and attendance programmes, as well as the Microsoft Office package. She is married with two daughters.
