Administrative Directorate

Director of Fondazione Ugo Bordoni since 2011 with confirmation as Head of the Administrative Department. From 2007 to 2010, as Administrative Director, she coordinates the administrative line offices both in accounting management and personnel management and, together with the General Manager and the Director of Research, collaborates in the strategic management, aligning all the procedures and the fulfilment of the new judicial nature of FUB, a private body, a body governed by public law.

From 2001 to 2006, she was Administrative Department Official, supporting the Administrative Manager in the management of Personnel and Administration, and in the relations with the Board of Auditors. She collaborates with the RUP (Responsible for the Procedure) of the Fondazione in carrying out public tenders for the supply of monitoring systems of the national network for the monitoring of radiofrequency electromagnetic fields. She assists the Director of Research in the economic planning of research activities and controls the Budget of individual projects. She manages the external contracts, the active and passive invoicing of the institution, analysis and drafting of the budgets and final balances. She coordinates the obligations related to remuneration and contributions in the management of internal human resources and contracts with external personnel.

In 2000, she supports the Administrative Manager in all the procedures for the establishment of the new Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, as well as the extinction of the previous institution, until the definitive closure of the liquidation phase.

From 1992 to 1999, she was assistant to the Personnel Manager of the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, dealing with the management of contracts with self-employed workers and consequent fiscal and accounting obligations, management of staff salaries through INAZ software for payroll and attendance, management of reports on research projects funded by European programs and contracts with external national and international organizations.

Employee at FUB since 1986 within the Purchasing Office and General Services. She was born in 1962 in Rome, where she obtained the Scientific High School Diploma. She attended the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Rome La Sapienza with exams taken; she has participated in several training and specialization courses at LUMSA (Faculty of Administration Sciences); training courses in subjects related to administrative and personnel management at: “Management & Management” Dott. Nevio Bianchi; “INAZ paghe e presenze” software management at Zucchetti srl.; “Management of European projects” at APRE and EUC Group a.s.b.l.; excellent knowledge of accounting and payroll and attendance programs, as well as the Microsoft Office package. Married with two daughters.
