Rome is served by two airports: Leonardo Da Vinci airport (aka Fiumicino) and Ciampino airport.
Fiumicino airport is located 30km southwest of city centre and has 3 terminals that are within easy walking distance of each other.
You can reach the Termini railway station (and Fondazione Ugo Bordoni) from Fiumicino:
by taxi (fixed price: Euro 48)
by the Leonardo Express train (Euro 14, more info here); please note that the FL1 regional trains do NOT stop in Roma Termini, but can be used to reach different stations in the city
by bus (more information here), but we do not recommend it due to traffic in Rome.
Ciampino airport is located 15km southeast of the city centre and is generally used by low-cost airlines.
You can reach the Termini railway station (and Fondazione Ugo Bordoni) from Ciampino:
by taxi (fixed price: Euro 30)
by bus (more info here).
The main railway station in Rome is Termini, with regular trains from/to European countries.
