Elin Wedlund

 

Elin Wedlund received her M Sc degree in Electronic Engineering from the Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden, in 1996. From 1996 to 1999 she was part of a research team at Ericsson AB, in the area of IP telephony. During this period she was also a visiting scholar at Columbia University whith Prof. Henning Schulzrinne, where she studied IP mobility. From 1999 to 2001 she was head of a software devolopment team at Net Insight AB, a company that develops networking equipent. In 2001 she joined Fondazione Ugo Bordoni where she is a researcher in the area of ICT security. As a part of this, she has attended the standardization and coordinating groups of the Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement (CCRA). She has also held various seminars at the Sapienza university of Rome and at the Scuola Superiore di Telecomunicazioni del Ministero delle Comunicazioni. She nourishes a profound interest in software development and has partecipated in the construction of the italian "do not call" register among other projects.
