Federica Mangiatordi

 

Received the M.Sc. Degree in Electronic Engineering 'cum laude' at the University of Rome La Sapienza and the II level University Master Degree in “Technology, Applications, and Services in Heterogeneous Wireless Networks" at the University of L'Aquila. In 2014 she earned the Ph.D. at the University of Roma TRE with a dissertation on artificial intelligence techniques for energy demand management. In 2007 she joined FUB where she is a researcher at the Data Analytics Department.

She is involved in national and European projects and in 2010-2012 she was the technical coordinator of “Intelligent Retrieval in Multimedia Archives Project. Currently, she coordinates Help Interference Project.

Her research interest includes multimedia data processing and artificial intelligence technology, with a focus on machine learning, computer vision, and multi-agent systems.

IEEE and ACM member, she is a co-author of several works presented at national and international conferences.
