Federica Mangiatordi

 

Received the M.Sc. Degree in Electronic Engineering 'cum laude' at the University of Rome La Sapienza and the II level University Master Degree in "Technology, Applications and Services in Heterogeneous Wireless Networks" at the University of L'Aquila. In 2014 she earned the Ph.D in EDEMOM (European Doctorate in Electronic Materials, Optoelectronics and Microsystems) from the University of Roma TRE. In 2007 she joined FUB where she is researcher at the Information Processing and Management Department. She is involved in national and european projects and she was technical coordinator of “Intelligent Retrieval in Multimedia Archives project, supported by FESR funding. Her research interest includes multimedia signal processing, algorithms for image quality assessment, machine learning, multi agent systems also applied to efficient energy demand management. IEEE and ACM member, she is co-author of several works presented at national and international conferences.
