Graduated in 2003 in Computer Engineering at the University of Rome "RomaTRE" with a thesis about accessibility.

He works for FUB since 2002 where he is currently Researcher at the Department of Information Processing and Management. His research interests include data mining, custom and contextual systems for information access, user profiling and multimedia signals. In the past, he studied the issues related the accessibility and usability of multimedia platforms with reference to e-learning and Digital Television.

He participated in several European projects, and coordinated the APSIS4ALL and MediAccess projects.

Currently, he collaborates with AGID, within the "pagoPA" project (for electronic payment of services for public administrations).

Since 2007 he is professor for the course of "Computer Science Laboratory" at “La Sapienza" University.

He is the author of several scientific works published in books, national and international journals and in conferences.
